Privacy Policy

Only what you type into its two forms. The newsletter form takes your email address. The contact form takes your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and your message.

Nothing else. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and never asks your browser for your location. Its fonts, photos and video load from the site itself, not from other companies' servers.

When you send a form, the site emails what you typed to Cachet and keeps no copy. The email is delivered by Resend, an email service, which handles it under its own privacy policy.

Cachet uses your email address to send the updates you signed up for, and your message to reply to you. The site shares your details with no one except the services named on this page.

Appointments are booked on an outside booking service. When you choose Book now, you leave this site, and anything you enter there is covered by that service's own privacy policy.

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel receives basic technical details when you load a page, such as your IP address and browser type, so it can deliver the page and protect the site from abuse.

To come off the newsletter list, or to ask Cachet to delete a message you sent, get in touch through the contact page.

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
